Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworker to join our dynamic team at a fantastic, family owned business based in West Lothian. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundwork and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks on site, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of groundwork activities, including excavation, drainage, and foundation work.
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Groundworker, ideally with at least 5 years in the field.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS card, CPCS for plant operation).
Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.What We Offer:
