Sub-Agent

We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our well-established earthworks, drainage and highways team at the Calvert project based in Buckinghamshire.  Could this be you?

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - site based

Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £43,000 - £56,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

 

Responsibilities

As a Sub Agent within the earthworks, drainage and highways team, you'll manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure it aligns with the design specification, making sure the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.

Your day to day will include:

Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project

Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards

Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded

Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Sub Agent is great if you have:

Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience

CSCS card

Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar businessI
