A lovely, 3-form entry Primary school in West Bromwich is seeking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher, on a full-time basis. This is a Maternity Cover post, starting in January and will be ongoing until at least the end of this academic year.

This is a fantastic school, rated "Good" in their most recent Ofsted report. Having worked alongside this school for several years to support their staffing needs, they have an incredibly supportive community and staff team who are warm, friendly and helpful. Their key vision is to provide children with a safe and creative environment where they can have the confidence to be themselves.

The successful Teacher will be covering a Year 4 class, who will be at a crucial stage in their learning. It is an ideal role for a Primary Teacher with experience working in KS2, who has a thorough understanding of the learning outcomes required in the National Curriculum for this year group. You must be committed, flexible and most importantly, an excellent team player.

Applicants need to have:

Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs encouraged to apply)
Experience working in KS2
High expectations of children’s achievement and progress
A creative, innovative approach to teaching
A real desire to make a positive difference to children
