Join a dynamic, fast-growing retail organisation as our next **Store Manager** We're searching for a passionate, driven leader to take charge of a brand-new store on Guildford High Street. As the Store Manager, you'll set the stage for an incredible shopping experience, inspire your team, and achieve outstanding sales results.

### Your Role:

- **Store Operations**: Oversee store operations efficiently, from cost control to housekeeping, display, and security.
- **Health & Safety**: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- **Reporting**: Stay on top of store data, conduct regular audits, and manage stock records with attention to detail.

### Your Shift Pattern:
- 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday)
- One full weekend worked, one full weekend off, plus an additional Saturday and Sunday each month, based on a rota.
