Job Title: Reception Administrator
Temp to Perm
Location: Ashford
Monday – Friday
Hours: 09.00-17.00 (Need to be flexible, especially around busy period)
Salary from £24,000
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company in Ashford as a Reception Administrator. This full-time temp to perm role is perfect for an organised, punctual, and confident individual.
You’ll provide exceptional administrative support while being the friendly face of the organisation, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within a professional and welcoming environment.

Duties for this role include:
Welcoming all visitors to the office as well as staff members.
Handling all incoming calls.
General email and inbox correspondence.
Preparing delivery notes and taking payments.
Accurately inputting data on to the system.
Processing sales orders and invoice.
Any other duties as required.
The successful candidate for this position will have:
Previous experience working within an administration position.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and able to work with multiple spreadsheets.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Flexibility when it comes to busy periods.
The ability to work well independently and manage own workload.
Exceptional telephone manner.
