About the role:
Are you a passionate KS2 teacher eager to inspire young minds? We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our diverse and inclusive school in the heart of Islington. If you’re looking for a school that celebrates its community and encourages both academic excellence and personal growth, this is the perfect role for you As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge, and support each child’s growth. You’ll have the autonomy to bring creativity into your lessons, creating a dynamic learning environment that meets the needs of every student. Working closely with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff, you will help maintain our school’s outstanding academic standards while fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and respect.
You will also be supported by our experienced leadership team, who are passionate about professional development. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT), we offer ample opportunities for growth and progression within the school.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience or enthusiasm for working in a diverse classroom.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for creating inclusive, engaging, and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to meet the needs of all students.
• Encourage a love for learning and creativity through both academic and extracurricular activities.
