Salary: £30,000 (Overtime paid above 40 hours)
Hours: 40 hours a week + Overtime Available
Duration: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Use specialised equipment to pinpoint leaks and tackle its source
* Carry out leak detection jobs and AdHoc projects covering the regions as required.
* Ensuring the equipment is serviced correctly in line with quality procedures
* Generating job reports and advising on prevention measures
* Site assessments on buildings, pipes and structural systems for extent of water ingress.
* Recommend and perform basic repairs, and assist trades on more complex repairs
* Moisture surveys and writing technical reports.
* Calibrating and using leak detection equipment such as thermal cameras, acoustic detectors or moisture meters.
* Performing trace & access of hidden pipe work
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a plumbing role is required
* Relevant qualifications in plumbing is beneficial
* A Full Driving License is required (Must be manual)
* Previous experience and knowledge of restoration industry is beneficial
