Are you a Qualified Teacher with a passion for making a difference?

Are you seeking a new challenge where you can truly impact the lives of young learners?

If you're passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you

We’re looking for experienced and resilient QTS teachers to join our team as tutors, supporting students who do not access a traditional school setting.

In this rewarding role, you will work with children and young adults in their homes, local libraries, or community centres. Your goal will be to re-engage them with their education, fostering a love for learning and building positive relationships with both the learners and their families.

We work with a diverse group of pupils, each with unique challenges that prevent them from accessing traditional school environments. Some have been permanently excluded due to behavioural issues, others experience high-functioning anxiety that makes busy classrooms overwhelming, and some have disabilities or additional needs that require them to learn from home. We are seeking dedicated tutors who are resilient, compassionate, and skilled at creating engaging, personalised learning sessions tailored to each pupil's developmental stage.

We offer flexible working arrangements that can be tailored to fit around your schedule and commitments, whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work.

If you’re a dedicated teacher who can inspire and motivate students, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and make a real difference in the lives of learners.
