We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our small, impactful team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity:

As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and collaborate closely with various departments to maintain and enhance safety management systems. Your role will be vital in ensuring effective communication to support the quality strategy and manage the expectations of key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and establish quality standards, procedures, and specifications
Review and update existing procedures to align with current guidelines
Conduct testing of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards before launch
Maintain documentation related to procedural changes
Create and implement quality control processes and policies to meet or exceed customer expectations
Prepare performance reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensure all processes adhere to safety, legal, and relevant national or international regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical skills
Experience in food, beverage, or animal feed manufacturing
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
In-depth knowledge of national and international industry regulations
Understanding of business management principles
Proficiency in relevant software tools and computer literacy
Keen attention to detail
