This outstanding school is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their vibrant team and work with our Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) children. During these crucial formative years, it will be your responsibility to give children individualised support so they can flourish in school, social life, and emotional development.

Throughout your working hours, you will be assigned a range of tasks to accomplish as a Learning Support Assistant. To help the pupils both individually and in groups, you and the teacher will collaborate closely. ability to offer every kid a stimulating, supportive, and welcoming learning environment.

The school is looking for a successful educator who can contribute to the school's core values of respect, compassion, and high achievement. Encourage positive behaviour and instil a love of learning in and around the children.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary abilities and experience, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to work with children. The Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working within a Provision, preferably
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, preferably
 Excellent behaviour management
