As the EUC Manager, you’ll head up a team of two Desktop Support Analysts, guiding them to provide excellent customer-focused service while continuously improving operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the EUC team to maintain and improve service delivery across the business.
Take charge of desktop deployment, application tools, and troubleshooting.
Develop and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.
Ensure smooth project transitions from development to operational teams. What You Bring:

Leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to mentor a team.
Experience in troubleshooting end-user devices, along with expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.
Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and proactively drive improvements.
