Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor in Gainsborough

We are working with Secondary Schools across Gainsborough, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Cover Supervisors to support these schools

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
Foster a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Collaborate with school staff.Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
SEND Experience an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.Benefits:
