Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester Roles and Responsibilities:

* Perform MOT tests in accordance with legal standards and company procedures.

* Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.

* Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Complete vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports on their condition.

* Work closely with the service team to manage vehicle repairs and parts ordering.

* Keep accurate records of all work undertaken and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

* Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and recommending appropriate repairs and maintenance.

Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester Skills and Experience:

* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance is preferable.

* Extensive experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

* Strong understanding of vehicle systems and the latest diagnostic tools.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* A full UK driving licence is essential.

* Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations to customers.

* A proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality work.
