You will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and deliver lessons that are adapted to meet the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment. Use effective behaviour management strategies to foster student engagement and ensure a respectful, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
*
Collaboration with Parents and Caregivers:
Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers. Provide regular updates on student progress, share strategies for supporting learning at home, and address any concerns.
*
Safeguarding & Well-being:
Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care. Support students’ emotional and social development, ensuring they feel supported and included in the school community.
