Overview
We are seeking a Highly skilled Technician to join our team in Rochdale
Must be experienced in Cam belts/engine strip downs and rebuilds/gearbox's etc
Mot tester licence advantageous but NOT essential.
Salary is experience dependent, starting salary is between £31,000 and £33,000 with a ote of between £37,000 and £42,000
Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings Paid as overtime
Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining light commercial vehicles
- Carrying out all kinds of jobs on engines, gearbox and components
- Working to repair jobs as per job cards and reporting any extra work
- Working as a team with other service and parts teams
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge to maintain vehicles effectively
- Proficiency in using power tools for installation tasks
- Capability for heavy lifting during installations
- Skilful use of hand tools for repairs and adjustments
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
You will need a Full uk driving licence, your own tools and checkable work history as my clients will seek references
