AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER NEEDED WORKING ACROSS THE NORTH WEST

The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems,

Any plumbing and air source heat pump (ASHP) experience beneficial.

This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while working in commercial properties such as education and hospitals etc

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to F-Gas regulations and 7189 standards.

* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including ASHPs.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning and plumbing issues, providing effective and timely solutions.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and explain technical issues in a clear manner.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and inspections performed.

* Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt assistance.

* Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or HVAC training preferred.

* Certifications: F-Gas certification and 7189 qualification are essential. Additional plumbing qualifications are a plus.

* Experience: Minimum 2years experience in air conditioning

* Skills:

* Strong mechanical and technical skills.

* Proficient in diagnosing and repairing air conditioning and plumbing systems.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

* Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
