Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in the community for a Private Home Care provider delivering IV Therapy treatments.

Contract: Full-time
Annual Leave: 36 days
Tech Support: Laptop, printer, tablet, mobile phone, and personal protection deviceKey Responsibilities:

Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
Deliver patient-cantered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.Additional Benefits:

Valid NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse.

Ability to manage your workload and handle administrative tasks.
Basic IT skills for managing reports and patient documentation.
A full UK driving license is essential, as extensive travel is part of the role.
