Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bishop Auckland
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team in Bishop Auckland. This is an ongoing position involving general administration duties, inbox management, and answering calls.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Manage and organise electronic and paper documents.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them when appropriate.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Support other team members as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits:
