About the Role:

Our client, a leading distributor, is seeking a Graduate Bid Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a degree in English Literature or a related field, who has a talent for persuasive writing and a keen interest in bid coordination.

As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to excel in this role. You will play a critical role in supporting the bid management process, helping to craft winning proposals that drive business success.

With full training and support in this new position, this is a list of responsibilities you will develop:

Identifying contract opportunities using online journals.
Reviewing PQQ & ITT information to identify opportunities, issues, and risks, assessing feasibility, and preparing a bid/no bid recommendation.
Using the tender library, drafting clear, concise, and evidenced tender responses that meet tender specifications and requirements.
Drafting all clarifications and managing customer responses.
Preparing RFQ letters and correspondence to suppliers to obtain the information required for the bidding process.
Submitting bids to customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining and updating the tender library

About You:

A graduate with a degree in English Literature or a related discipline.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong ability to produce persuasive and engaging content.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
