We have a superb opportunity for A fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Nurse has arisen to cover face to face / immunisation appointments (both PAM and client site) in Kingston upon Thames The role is based from our client sites as required and within an hours travel time from home. PAM Group provide Occupational Health services to a number of well known companies, brands & local authorities across the UK.

Working hours are 8 hours per day. Full time (Mon to Fri) no weekends

You will have:

An RGN with experience of delivering immunisations/ vaccinations.

Hold a valid NMC & DBS

Have a minimum of 6 months UK based work experience

Driving license

The role:

Immunisations and vaccinations experience essential. Health surveillance, phlebotomy – desirable as training can be given. Effective communicator with strong listening and empathetic skills as well as the ability to influence and engage with others. Have experience dealing with complex health issues. Effective Report Writing Skills. Great Communication skills. Good Organisational and time management skills.

OH experience which may include:

An understanding of immunisation schedules as well as experience of administering vaccinations. Venepuncture skills. Understanding of inoculation injuries. Health Surveillance eg audio/spirometry. Clinical, Clinical immunisation delivery, Venepuncture, Health Surveillance, Follow up test results, Administrative tasks using bespoke OH software

Salary:

£34,000 plus £2k car allowance, business mileage allowance, an extensive benefits package & career progression opportunities

How many Appointments each day? This is variable dependent on the client

How the day tends to be structured? Usual time of clinics is 9-5 but this can be negotiable with the client and successful clinician. Half an hour for lunch per day.

Who working with? Initial induction period and shadowing sessions will be arranged. Working within PAM clinics will allow for team working. Client site working tends to be lone working.
