As an Associative Technical Analyst, you will bw Supporting Microsoft 365 security & health checks and for supporting the availability, reliability, maintenance and service operation of the End User Computing experience to agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities  

Supporting the delivery of a stable and performant end user experience for over 6500 users and devices across multiple sites in the UK.
Delivery of agreed regular health checks of Microsoft 365, including security, to support the proactive detection of threats and risks across our services and user base.
Supporting security operations and records compliance for all email content management systems within M365.
Accountable for agreed regular proactive checks in Purview to help protect Cadent colleague accounts and data (inc. Exchange & SharePoint). Contact colleagues, make recommendations and escalate concerns.
Supporting the improvement of the Purview compliance score, working through an improvement plan to address concerns and take direction from security teams.
Supporting with investigating and responding to legal requirements with relevant data.
Supporting the EUC team with the management, maintenance and support for a consistent and reliable build and core application stack to end users. Support change delivered following thorough testing and business pilot approvals.
Supporting the EUC team with high priority incidents and problem management related to IT Technology Services.
Supporting the EUC teams with maintenance, support and housekeeping for systems including SCCM, Endpoint configuration manager and AD.
Work closely with the asset management team to support accurate CMDB records and to maximise the functional output from the device management suite.
Supporting the delivery and maintenance of disaster recovery (DR) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and are regularly tested as part of the DR Plan. Skills and Experience  

Strong experience in a first, second line customer facing role in a medium to large company. Desire to learn, develop and build on foundational technical knowledge.
ITIL Foundation
Experience with agile development methodologies, inc. SAFe framework
Experience of working in an agile product-centric environment and agile/matrix managed multi-disciplinary technology teams, including understanding of agile methodologies.
Experience and understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Prince2 methodology.
Experience in the use of Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence and integrated products such as Miro.
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency and care for the customer.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills – evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
Motivated, driven and curious to learn Cadent’s business, and understand how hardware, software and systems are critical to business processes.
Attention to detail, meticulous and organised. Manage consistency of reporting and checks.
Experience working with managed services providers.
Excellent written and verbal communications. Communicates with internal teams at all organisational levels and third-party providers.
Experience in analytical thinking, problem solving, decision-making and technical management of faults and changes.
Technical curiosity, ensuring continuous skills refresh, with cutting edge and new to market technologies explored and understood. What’s In It For You
