Nutritionist - LondonMonday - Friday 8am - 4pm

B&I are looking for a Nutritionist to join our award-winning team at Eurest,  The Nutritionist is a highly motivated individual responsible for leading the strategy for mindful and planet positive pillars, implementing brand standards and delivering initiatives which drive healthy and sustainable food offers. This includes progress towards our Climate Promise Roadmap to Net Zero by 2030.
The main purpose of the Nutritionist is to strategically drive menu reformulation, employee culture and customer education initiatives to deliver a healthier and more sustainable service. They will engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally, support teams with knowledge of relevant legislation, represent Eurest.
Key Responsibilities Design, drive and deliver a comprehensive action plan for the business

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the need to marry environmental and health initiatives with commercial considerations

Work alongside culinary teams to continuously engineer menus and develop recipes which meet ambitious criteria, specifically plant forward and The Good Stuff offers

Develop and deliver a health and sustainability strategy including new innovations to make progress towards corporate goals and evidence progress

Be a knowledgeable point of contact for Climate, Social and Wellbeing promises

Present project updates clearly to engage and educate business leaders and other SMEs

Carry out training to on-site and regional teams where required

Person Specification Graduate of a nutrition or sustainability degree from university

Member of relevant professional body e.g. RNutr with AfN or Practitioner with IEMA

Extensive experience in the nutrition, sustainability and/or foodservice field

Able to work strategically to maximise impact of new or existing initiatives

A team player who can work across multiple areas to deliver positive outcomes

Confident communication to large groups and controlling complex/challenging conversations

Must be able to maintain standards and motivate teams towards key targets

Proficient analytical capability e.g. recipes, menus and other reports

Experience of using process and planning to deliver consistent result to expectations

Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholder groups

Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for keeping up to date with research and national health events

Excellent IT and presentation skills
