Hunter Philips is a specialist in executive search and contractor recruitment for the renewable energy industry. We’ve doubled in size over the last 18 months, and with expansion plans for new offices in the US, Australia, and Germany, we’re continuing to grow our global reach.

Having already supported projects in over 30 countries, we’re proud to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates alike, cementing our reputation as the “go-to” recruitment partner in renewable energy. We’re now looking for ambitious individuals to join our contract recruitment team, which has grown to 9 members in just 14 months.

The Role

* Building relationships with new clients through calls, meetings, and networking events.

* Sourcing top talent for exciting roles worldwide, using job boards, social media, and your growing network.

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.

* Attending industry events and conferences to connect with clients and candidates globally.

What We’re Looking For

* Ambitious and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.

* A strong academic background.

* Sales experience is helpful, but not essential—we hire for attitude and potential.

* Resilience, confidence, and a drive to overcome challenges.

* An interest in renewable energy is a big advantage.
