Description
Provide comprehensive paralegal or secretarial support to the legal team.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to conveyancing.
Manage and organise case files efficiently.
Facilitate communication between clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions.
Conduct property searches and land registry checks.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.
Ensure all legal documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
Support the team in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Profile
A successful 'Conveyancing Paralegal / Secretary' should have:
A solid understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.Job Offer
An estimated yearly salary range of £30,000 - £45,000
