The Company

* My client is a leading supplier of construction, site, plant and access equipment for the UK building and construction industry.

* They are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team.

The Role

* As Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with customers and transport/operations/dispatch departments to fulfil orders and deliver outstanding service.

* Processing hire and sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch.

* Responding to incoming telephone calls in a positive and enthusiastic manner, converting enquiries to orders where possible and processing.

* Completing designated tasks to support the department in achieving set targets providing excellent customer service.

* You will engage with yard personnel to understand product profiles, availability and transport capability.

* Develop your knowledge of products, allowing you to embrace existing and new product developments in the market.

* Promoting the company's products and services.

* You will have worked or you will be working as a Sales Coordinator or similar and you will be very customer focused.

* You will be enthusiastic, reactive, proactive and driven.
