Key Responsibilities:
* Perform remedial work, including repairs to pipework, leaks, and maintenance of water systems.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and regulations.
* Conduct reactive maintenance and repairs on sanitary ware, toilets, taps, and radiators.
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients in various sectors, including retail and hospitality.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years’ plumbing experience.
* Background in facilities management, particularly plumbing maintenance in commercial settings.
* Completion of SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating or equivalent.
* Full UK driver’s license.
