Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Handling general office inquiries and providing administrative support.
Addressing customer complaints and resolving them satisfactorily.To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications and databases.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Cheerful and positive demeanour in all interactions.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
