Are you a proactive and reliable individual looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting student learning in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure that students remain on task and complete the assigned work.
Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
Report on student progress and behaviour to relevant staff.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting students' educational needs.
