- Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

- Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £12.50

- Hours: 9am-5pm

- Start Date: ASAP

- End Date: Ongoing

- Working Pattern: 3-5 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are a must)

- Location: YO31

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing patients to the appropriate department or staff member.
Coordinate appointments and manage the reception area.
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the relevant team members.
Ensure a smooth flow of patient information by accurately inputting data into the system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and handling patient data confidentially.
Positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
