2BM Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our client in Sheffield to recruit a Quality Engineer to join the SHEQA team. Excellent opportunity within an established worldwide manufacturing company that has exciting growth plans offering career progression opportunities for the future.

Quality Engineer / SHE QA Engineer (Quality Bias), you will be the face of all things quality based reporting directly to the SHEQA Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Quality: Manage QA processes, identify areas of improvement, ensuring quality compliance standards ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001 / ISO45001 are met. Lead internal and external audits throughout the plant sites. Manage internal & external audits and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Quality Assurance and Safety: Align teams, production, and products with QA and SHE standards. Engineer in Quality for all production processes through to finished product.

Problem Solving and Analysis: Support manufacturing problem-solving. Analyse root causes for quality concerns and implement swift resolutions.

Customer Satisfaction: Set and uphold customer quality expectations ensuring product and service standards are met.

To succeed as a Quality Engineer candidates must have previous experience working in the manufacturing sector within quality assurance and auditing of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO(phone number removed) and OHSAS18001 / ISO45001. You will ideally be degree qualified or equivalent in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental or similar discipline. NEBOSH certificate and Metals fabrication experience are advantageous but not essential. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and implement improvements across manufacturing sites.

Your Pay & Benefits:

Quality Engineer, fulltime permanent opportunity with a starting salary circa £45,000.00 per annum (negotiable depending on skills, qualifications and experience) Plus generous bonus & excellent benefits package.
