Duties:

* Collecting junk mail

* Sweeping front entrance to block

* Removing rubbish

* Take in small parcels for residents

* Assisting residents with maintenance issues

* Keeping area around recyclibg bin clear and tidy

* Leaving rubbish our for collection

* Mowing the lawn

* Managing keys for bike shed, side gate
