Due to continued growth and diversity of products being offered, our client is looking to add a Print Finisher Operator to their team.

Experience of Cut/Crease, and Folder/Gluer is preferable.

Full training on the machines will be given to the successful candidate.

DUTIES :

* Set up, operate and maintain various print finishing equipment including:

* Bograma Rotary Die Cutter

* Guillotine

* Burkle Punch

* Moll Attach and Versa Fold machine

* Plus any other equipment used as required

* Responsible for reading and understanding the work orders/job tickets to determine set up specifications and instructions

* Make manual adjustments to account for different fold and glue patterns based on job specs

* Load, observe and monitor machine operations, including glue system and other raw materials to ensure appropriate levels

REQUIREMENTS:

* Have a good eye for quality and have the ability to scan semi produced products

* Routine standing, bending, lifting and good manual dexterity

* Able to get the most out of the machine and work to strict SLA’s

* Have excellent communication skills

* Be able to work as part of a larger team

* Be able to solve problems, identify issues and report machine breakdowns

* Cleaning the machines and completing minor maintenance

* Have the ability to communicate deviations from the jobs specifications to management
