Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes.

* Develop and innovate the menu, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

* Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

* Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium pub or restaurant setting.

* Strong knowledge of fresh food kitchens, seasonal produce, and butchery.

* Experience with rosette-standard cuisine is highly beneficial.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
