Grade 3-5 Points 3 – 8 Depending on Experience; £22,737 - £24,702 for 37 hours per week

Shift patterns required from 7am to 9pm

7 days per week with two days off as per the rota – working 1 in 3 weekends required ASAP

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional caretaker/groundsman to join our outstanding premises team. An apprenticeship opportunity may also be considered for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is to undertake a range of Maintenance and ground works to keep the site maintained, lockup duties for evening/weekend lets, and working with the current team for caretaking grounds and decorating work.

* An enthusiasm for outdoor work and DIY
