Talent is on the lookout for a Qualified FP&A Analyst to join a large, complex business. This is perfect for qualified (including newly qual ACA/ACCA/CIMA) professionals eager to fast-track their careers.
You'll deliver high-impact analysis and insights to senior and executive stakeholders, driving key decisions across the group.

The Role
Key responsibilities:
* Take ownership of corporate reporting, including dashboards and management analysis, to support senior decision-making
* Support strategic planning by partnering with teams on business planning, performance reviews, and ad hoc financial projects
* Enhance reporting processes by improving tools, automating workflows, and standardising outputs across the Group.
* Conduct proactive analysis of industry trends, competitor performance, and cross-divisional insights.
* Collaborate closely with divisional FDs, Business Partners, and the Financial Reporting team to add value and support audit processes
The Person
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven expertise in delivering high-quality financial analysis in client services or industry roles.
* Advanced Excel skills, strong financial modelling expertise, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and presentation delivery.
* Experience with financial systems like SAP and BI tools such as PowerBI is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional analytical reasoning and commercial awareness to identify risks, improvements, and solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and collaborate across all levels of the business.
* Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
