TRIA are partnering with an organisation who are undertaking a project to bring 2 existing intranets into a single modern SharePoint to create a single, unified experience for colleagues. This will offer a consistent platform for communication, enhancing collaboration, enabling seamless information sharing and building a cohesive culture and will also be an opportunity to simplify systems and to create a modern, innovative intranet that meets their future needs.

We are looking for a SharePoint Engineer who has experience of developing intranets utilising Modern SharePoint who will work with key stakeholders across the business.

This role will have minimal new code writing experience, so we're not looking for a strong C#/ASP.Net developer but someone who can use SharePoint Framework (SPFx) who can create the best most simple intranet that doesn't need a team behind it to support it.

Deliverables:

Build a single intranet migrating from Classic SharePoint into Modern SharePoint
Decommission former intranet and migrate content to SharePoint Modern
Work with stakeholders and UX Specialists / Comms team to ensure there are good design standards in place.
Create a new Home Page, content pages and branding for a consistent colleague experience
Work with comms team to update all content and pages.
Decommission existing intranet by Feb 2025 and go live of new intranet by April 2025Areas of Expertise:

Design the intranet architecture, including site structure, navigation, and user interface.
Create wireframes and mock ups for key pages
Set up the SharePoint environment, including site collections, subsites, and libraries
Develop workflows and forms as needed
Implement security and permission settings to ensure data protection
Assist in conducting thorough testing on the intranet including functionality, usability and performance testing.
Plan and execute migration of existing content and ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process Please apply directly to be considered.
