We are seeking hard working, ambitious and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our next 'Future Stars Academy’ training programme starting in November/ December.

You will be assisting our experienced consultants in sourcing and interviewing top talent, advertising job opportunities, networking to generate leads and working closely with your colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
The role is perfect for individuals thriving in other SALES industries, but looking for a more lucrative career in Recruitment, no experience is required as a full and comprehensive training program is provided with financial rewards even before you Graduate to a Qualified Recruitment Consultant.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Basic + up to 40% UNCAPPED commission + Car Allowance + many, many more fun and financial incentives
