What You'll Do:
As an Event Logistics Manager, you will:
* Venue Management: Identify, negotiate, and secure world-class venues for events of varying scale and prestige.
* Supplier Coordination: Build and manage relationships with caterers, chefs, transport providers, and other key suppliers to ensure a seamless experience.
* VIP Client Services: Arrange transport logistics, entry passes, and personalised schedules for high-profile clients and guests.
* Budget Management: Maintain oversight of budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* On-site Management: Oversee event set-up, staffing schedules, and last-minute logistics adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination to deliver projects on time.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all logistics are in line with relevant regulations, including venue safety protocols.

As a successful Event Logistics Manager, you’ll have:
