Senior Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: Up to £30,500, depending on experience.

First Year Earnings: Realistic total earnings between £34,000 and £36,000, including commission.

Client Engagement: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.

Candidate Selection: Identify and select temporary workers who fit the requirements of your clients.

Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards in line with the company’s values.

Sales Targets: With guidance, work towards achievable sales goals based on your experience.

Mentoring: Our Senior Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for helping and guiding more junior members of our team and part of your development into future management roles
