TeacherActive are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a thriving primary school in Billericay. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the chance to make a lasting impact in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilties: 

Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality education.
Leading small group interventions and whole-class teaching when required.
Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons and resources.
Providing tailored support to students with varying needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Promoting a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have: 

HLTA qualifications or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures.
A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to obtain one).
