As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a talented MEP Planner to join their team in Newcastle.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Planner to oversee the planning and scheduling of MEP systems for their construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MEP systems, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed MEP project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

* Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

* Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

* Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on MEP planning and scheduling.

* Utilize advanced planning software to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an MEP Planner in the construction industry.

* Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.

* Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
