We are now looking for three Business Analysts to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week with remote working available (four days per week).

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will seek to enhance our operations by reviewing day-to-day practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Within this role, you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to grasp a deeper understanding of their needs and requirements.

You will have the prospect of using a variety of tools and approaches to analyse problems, develop creative solutions while also bringing them to life and supporting the implementation of business improvements.

Additionally, you will:

- Lead requirements management, including documenting and prioritising business, technical, and functional requirements
- Work closely with architects and IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs
- Undertake detailed cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis capabilities

About You

To be considered as a Business Analyst, you will need:

- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience producing scope and functional specification documents
- Cost-benefit analysis experience.
- A strong understanding of BA tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
