Buyer

Xpert Resourcing is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Buyer to join our clients team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing current supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality procurement. We’re looking for someone with a methodical background who can bring strong analytical and decision-making skills to the purchasing process.

Duties to Include:

· Managing stock level and inventory

· Negotiating and maintaining relationships with current suppliers

· Liaising on order delivery times and following up on orders placed in a timely manner

· Liaising with internal teams on stock levels and allocations in the system

· Root cause analysis

Experience/Skills Required:

· Previous use of a MRP system is advantageous

· Ability to work alone and as a team

· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Previous buying experience is advantageous but not essential as full training can be provided

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 40 hours
