About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crane Supervisor to join our team for a long-term government project in Aldermaston. This role involves overseeing crane operations, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Crane Operations Supervision: Oversee all crane operations on site, ensuring safe and efficient lifting activities.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.

* Coordination: Work closely with site managers, crane operators, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

* Load Management: Plan and manage the lifting of loads, ensuring proper rigging and load security.

* Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during crane operations promptly and effectively.

* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of crane operations, incidents, and any other relevant information.

* Training: Provide guidance and training to crane operators and other workers as needed to ensure high standards of work.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor.

* Certification: Must hold a Blue CPCS A62 Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor ticket or the NPORS equivalent.

* BPSS Check: Must be willing to undertake a BPSS check, which consists of a DBS check and an employment history check for the last three years (cost covered by us).

* Availability: Must be available to work from 7.30am to 5.30pm for the duration of the project.

* Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
