Summary

Title - Senior Repairs Supervisor

Location - Crawley

Salary - £45-50k plus package

Responsibilities:

- This role will involve managing a team of Supervisors across all aspects of responsive repairs and void works.

- Pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.

- To develop and maintain positive relationships, and to promote and protect the company’s reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.

- Promote and follow good project governance through the policies and procedures laid out by the organisation.

- Understand and work within team targets and the organisation’s business plan.

- Assist in managing, reviewing and monitoring risk, program, plant, quality, cost.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

- Management of multiple contracts across the South East providing repairs service.

- Working across housing association and housing repairs and voids.

- Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests.

- The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service.

- Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs.

- Previous experience in this role is essential.

- Trade background would be beneficial.
