Learning Support Practitioner

ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Learning Support Practitioner to premanently work in an SEN School in Dudley on a full-time basis.
About the role:
Work with secondary-aged students.
As a Learning Support Practitioner , you will work alongside a teacher to create innovative ways to support students in their education by creating a personalised curriculum.
Have an understanding of serve and complex autism. Able to use communication aids such as a books and pecs

About you:
To be considered for the Learning Support Practitioner position, you will:
Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.
Must have a Level 3 qualifcations in Chilldcare, Teaching and Learning or similar.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
