Location: M4 Corridor (Mobile Role)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Asset Verification Surveyor to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a mobile role, offering the opportunity to work along the M4 corridor and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for conducting detailed asset verification surveys, primarily focusing on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in a variety of commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site asset verification surveys of M&E systems.
* Record and validate asset information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Provide detailed reports and documentation.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Travel between sites using a company-provided vehicle.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering or a similar field (essential).
* Previous experience in asset verification or a related role.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
* A full UK driving license is required.
