Are you an Architectural Technician with industry experience looking for a hands on role working on interesting new build and conversion projects? Are you looking to take a lead design position working from conception to handover?

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician with industry experience to join a reputable design and build business working on varied residential projects offering a lead position working alongside a friendly team with supported professional development and a great salary.

This successful company specialise in the build of specialist residential projects ranging from new build to conversion, refurbishment and extension. Operating across the Oxfordshire region they have built a strong reputation for a quality product and service. In light of this they are expecting to start 33% more projects in 2025 and so are looking for an Architectural Technician to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the Bicester office with flexible working options. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys on a weekly basis and leading the development of design from initial conception through to planning. You will ensure building regulation packs are compliant and submitted as well as producing more detailed drawings for tenders and throughout the construction process. As you will be working RIBA 1-6 you will work closely with consultants, contractors, building inspection and local authorities.

To be successful in this role you will need to have industry experience as an Architectural Technician in the UK and have strong knowledge of building regulations and permitted developments. You will also need to have a full UK licence and be commutable to Bicester.
