Our client, a leading ServiceNow partner, is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Consultant to support their sales team by designing and showcasing impactful ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and create customized ServiceNow demonstrations.
*
Design and deliver tailored proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
*
Lead technical discussions with clients, addressing queries and providing expert advice.
*
Prepare and present proposals, technical documentation, and solution roadmaps.
*
Provide technical expertise during RFP/RFI processes and support bid activities.
*
Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or Solution Consultant with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow.
*
Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow products and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
*
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
*
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
*
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.
