Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturday mornings on a rotaAftersales Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Telford.
Our Client is a well-established family-run business and they are currently seeking a Aftersales Administrator to join their team.
For your hard work as a Aftersales Administrator our client is offering a salary of £26,000 basic.
Hours of work for this Aftersales Administrator role are Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturday mornings on a rota.
Responsibilities of a Aftersales Administrator for our Client:
Provide comprehensive support to our Aftersales Department.
Interact with customers in person and over the phone, accurately recording their needs.
Book vehicles into our workshop and arrange service loan vehicles.
Produce customer invoices and process warranty claims.
Assist in our Parts Department operations. The ideal Aftersales Administrator will:
Strong enthusiasm and organisational skills.
Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed.
Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
A genuine desire to learn and develop your skills.
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
